  • Limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

  • Limit quantities of any products.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in dollars and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to:

  • Correct pricing errors or inaccuracies at any time.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Suspicion of fraudulent activity

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled and must follow our Return Policy.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. SeaandView is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
